Payroll/Billing Office Assistant

Located in Springfield, MO

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE

A transportation and trucking company is searching for a Payroll/Billing Clerk who will have core responsibilities in payroll, billing, and invoicing. The Payroll/Billing Clerk role is a vital role within the company, working directly with the accounting team. Our Payroll Clerk will work independently, taking the lead on company reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource on company payroll software.

 

Job highlights:

• Allows ability to develop and implement strategies to reach company objectives.
• Assignments include: processing payroll, HR functions including applications and new hire paperwork

 

What we look for:

• Online payroll software preferred, but not required
• Experience working in the trucking industry preferred
• 1 year payroll or billing experience
