Express Employment Professionals are looking for a dedicated, hardworking individual for a Foreman Production Lead position at a great company in Hyrum, UT! As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and assisting a team of 30+ employees, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality production standards. You must possess patience, and excellent communication skills.

Shifts Available:

• Grave shift (11:00 pm- 7:00 am)

Responsibilities for Foreman Production Lead:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of 30+ employees
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and meet production targets
• Document production activities, including daily reports, performance evaluations, and employee attendance records
• Provide guidance and support to team members, assisting them in overcoming challenges and improving performance
• Conduct training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge of employees
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues
• Assembly/Disassembly, and troubleshooting of machinery and Rothenburg equipment
• Foster positive relationships with team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements for Production Lead:

• Previous experience running food process equipment
• Must have background in leadership/management
• Mechanically inclined
• Production/manufacturing experience is a plus
• Being able to adapt to demanding and changing environment
• Troubleshooting skills
• Computer skills and ability to operate testing equipment
• Comfortable working from heights
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented
• Flexible and dependable with reliable transportation
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to have a clean background and pass a drug screen
• Able to communicate, write, and read in English
• Comfortable standing for 8+ hours
• Positive and team oriented attitude
• Detailed oriented
• Great attendance, punctuality history and references
• Goal driven
