* $15-$17/hour + benefits

* 8am - 4:30pm M-F with occasional need during emergencies

* Duties  may include:  Ensuring property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.  Managing the dumpster/trash area.  Perform landscaping duties to ensure the grounds are well maintained.  Prepare and inspect apartments for tenant move in, work with maintenance on any repair projects. 

* Seeking candidates with janitorial experience, knowledge in general maintenance and landscaping.  Ability to be flexible and multi-task, use hand/power tools, lift up to 50lbs, must be able to stand, stoop, bend, walk, and perform general labor.
