Leasing Consultant

Located in State College, PA

Salary: $17 - $21 + Commission

Do you posses 1-2 years of customer service experience. Enjoy organization, multi-tasking and working with others?  Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a busy property management. 

 

* $17 - $21/hour + commission based on signed leases

* M-F 8am - 5pm 

* Long term potential

* Real Estate License a strong plus but not required

* Duties will include:  Greet guests, answer phones, present apartments, follow up, assist with community projects, attend meetings, demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.  

* Seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, comfortable with marketing and light sales, must be high energy and great with people.  Basic computer skills and HS Diploma required.
