Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Outbound Puller/Loader who will be responsible for pulling orders, prepping them for delivery, and loading trucks. This role requires frequent use of a cherry picker and involves significant physical exertion, including repetitive lifting of heavy items such as tires.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare orders for delivery.
• Load trucks with prepared orders, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items.
• Frequently utilize a cherry picker for order selection and loading.
• Perform repetitive lifting of items weighing 60-80 lbs, including tires.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of steel toes, work clothes, and gloves.
• Work long hours, including occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

• Dependable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and repetitive lifting.
• Experience in warehouse operations, picking, and packing preferred.
• Proficient in using a cherry picker.
• Must be available to work Saturdays if needed.
• Ability to work long hours, including occasional weekends.
• Mandatory use of steel toes, work clothes, and gloves.
