Express Employment Professionals of Longview is currently seeking a Client Service Specialist for a well-established Financial Advisor in Longview.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other computer software.
Have or be willing to obtain all necessary licensing (i.e. Series 7, 66 and Texas Insurance)

Job Duties/Experience Needed:

Process all transactions for clients (trades, withdrawals, contributions, etc.)
Answering incoming calls for Advisor and assist clients as much as possible before transferring to Advisor or scheduling phone conference for Advisor.
Respond to client emails and voicemails promptly and professionally.
Track brochures, stationary and all items ordered through home office and outside vendors.
Prepare for client and prospect appointments, which may include preparing applications/forms, etc.
Process appointments after client meetings. Prepare meeting summary letter or notes, complete and process applications and forms and distribute tasks/responsibilities to appropriate people.
Handling home office issues (problems with accounts, follow-up, responding to requests, etc.)
Ensure all submitted business and correspondence is tracked using various tools to ensure all transfers, new business, rollovers and insurance applications are completely and correctly processed.
Handle mail logs upon receptionist absence.
Assist with requests from Advisor.
Maintain all training and compliance requirements as necessary.
