A local Insurance Agency is seeking a loyal and dedicated 'Customer Service/Sales Rep' to join their team! 

Responsibilities: 

• Handle all online customer inquiries by responding to any policy or service questions. 
• Respond to any online leads, reach out to potential customers, enter their information into the company database, and follow up as needed 
• Future insurance licensing will be required and paid for by the company 

Requirements:

• Must have a professional phone presence with strong communication/customer service skills 
• Must be familiar with basic computer software 
• Must be dependable and able to commit to the full-time schedule 
• Insurance industry experience is a plus! 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday/8 AM to 5 PM + any needed overtime
