Position Overview - The Sales Development Rep is an entry-level role with daily activity goals. This includes working cold, warm, and hot lead lists that have been generated from marketing campaigns, databases, and current customer upsell opportunities. 

Responsibilities: 

•    Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
•    Working closely with the sales team to nurture any potential lead opportunities.
•    Utilizing lead generation techniques through a variety of mediums such as email, phone, and Linkedin.
•    Effectively collaborating with the entire Lead Generation Team and providing feedback to improve strategies and processes.
•    Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
•    Effectively communicating and presenting Dynatron solutions and our value proposition to customers.
•    Demonstrating a commitment to the Dynatron Software product offerings, staying educated on the new industry regulations, our product solution changes, innovations, and trends.
•    Achieving lead generation call goal and appointment quota.
•    Maintaining accurate and efficient data entry into CRM System

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience (in the service industry preferred) required 
  • Experience working remotely is a plus
  • 1 year+ of sales experience (inside/outside, upselling, etc.) 
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft suites 
  • Must have home WiFi 

Schedule: Monday-Friday/8AM to 5PM
