Salary: $19/$24HR

Shift: 12am-8:30am / Monday - Friday - $19./$24 hourly 
Needs to have 5 years experience 

Injection Molding/Machine Operator 

JOB FUNCTION:
Under direct supervision of the Production Manager and Supervisor

JOB INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Monitor production for quantity and quality
Conduct employee training in machine operation, safety, and quality assurance
Completion of various production reports
Coordination of machines and personnel to ensure maximum productivity
Assist in day to day injection molding process troubleshooting and optimization
Monitor raw material levels at machines for processing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES*:
At least 10 years of experience in injection molding
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting problems involving processes, equipment, tooling,
material and molds
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Math skills sufficient to work with production needs
Stable work history and ability to work other shifts, if necessary
Bilingual (Spanish) helpful but not required
Ability to manage people, strong people skills
Forklift certification helpful
