Title: Customer Service /Sales Associate

This organization works with a variety of clients and provides them with uniforms and attire to fit their needs. This is a great environment to gain experience with data entry, answering incoming calls, processing invoices, and building rapport with customers.

 

• Answering incoming calls
• Providing great customer service, Cross-selling products
• Processing payments
• Data entry of orders
• Assist customers with pick-ups of orders 

• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
• Outgoing personality, strong communication skills
• 40wpm, ability to learn proprietary software
