Outside Sales

Located in Lakeville, MN

Salary: $35-48/hr DOE

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join a client of ours in the South Metro! The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals in the technology sales sector.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking.

- Conduct cold calls and visits to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet sales targets.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with the internal sales team to provide excellent customer service and support.

- Manage accounts and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated success in account management, business development, and achieving sales targets.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
