Call Center Representative

A park management company in Ann Arbor is seeking a full-time call center representative. This candidate must be fluent in Spanish.  

What you’ll be doing as a Call Center Representative

• Taking phone reservations for campgrounds
• Software navigation expertise (booking, payment, look-ups)
•  Assisting with troubleshooting
• Handling questions related to the reservation process
•   Processing cancellations and addressing related inquiries

What you’ll need to succeed as a Call Center Representative

• At least one year of customer service experience. Call center experience is great, but not required
• A knack for computers and learning new software 
• High School Diploma or equivalent
