Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Located in O'Fallon, IL

Salary: $16/hr

Job Summary:  We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a growing team.  The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer service duties by accepting retail & commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals.  Once hired by company you will join the union.

Qualifications:  

·         Must be proficient in English and Spanish language

·         Must have 2 years of cash handling experience

·         High School Graduate or GED (must be 18 years old or turning 18 in the current calendar year)

·         Excellent Communication & Customer Service skills.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis in Word & Excel).
