Salary: $24.00/hour

We are recruiting a Client Specialist/Inside Sales Rep for our client, a manufacturing and distribution company in Acton, MA. In this position you will be responsible for order handling from end-to-end. This includes maintaining new/existing contracts and agreements for clients, providing accurate pricing/quotes for product and specialty items based on availability, processing all orders, handling customer inquiries, and processing invoices.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle new or existing contracts and agreements for all accounts
• Provide accurate pricing/quotes for products and specialty items based on availability
• Process & invoice all orders
• Enter sales leads/customer orders/customer information into the ERP system
• Communicate potential sales and leads to the outside sales team
• Interact with manufacturing and logistics departments to ensure accurate timelines
• Build & maintain positive working relationships with customers

 

Requirements:

• HS degree, college preferred but not required
• 2+ years of relevant sales or account management experience
• A willingness to go the extra mile to service customers and build relationships
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• ERP system knowledge is a plus!

The hours for this Full Time position are 8AM-5PM. The starting pay is $24.00/hour.
