Customer Service Representative: Entry Level

A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Customer Relations Representative to their team. This is a great long-term opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to gain experience in a company specializing in luxury textiles company

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls, direct to the appropriate people, and take/deliver messages when voicemail is not an option.
• Employ professional interpersonal communication skills to process quotes and sales orders from Clients via telephone, fax, and e-mail.
• General Data Entry and daily maintenance of WIP, process CFA Requests, status requests, resale documents, S&H upgrades, expired quote maintenance, reserves, filing, and scanning.
• Communicate with other departments and vendors to resolve problems regarding product availability, delivery times, accuracy of product shipments, and delivery fees.
• Complete Customer Relations and product training as scheduled or assigned.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• 1-2 Years’ experience in Customer Service directly involving telephone and data entry. 
• Developed skills in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret, and address Customer needs and the ability to interact and develop rapport with a large and varied Customer base.
• Able to display and maintain a positive attitude under stressful working conditions. 
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes in a fast-paced, team-oriented working environment.

Pay: $18/hr. entry level.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm
