Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 DOE

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cordova, CA. The Operator will play a crucial role in our operations, responsible for operating heavy earthmoving and demolition equipment with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across various service lines and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Operate a variety of construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment, including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, blades, and motor graders.

·        Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation projects as required.

·        Utilize excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches for structural concrete work.

·        Conduct daily inspections on equipment and document findings to ensure safe and efficient operation.

·        Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

·        High School diploma or GED equivalent.

·        7 or more years of experience operating heavy equipment across various service lines.

·        HAZWOPER certification.

·        Completion of basic construction safety courses outlined in the AIS training matrix.

·        Proficiency in maintaining and changing out attachments for earthmoving equipment.

Skills and Abilities:

·        Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

·        Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·        Commitment to upholding safety standards and regulations in all job duties.

Physical Demands:

·        Regularly perform physical tasks such as using fingers; walking; sitting; standing; reaching with hands and arms; and stooping, crouching, kneeling, or crawling.

·        Exposure to a moderate noise level during job duties.

·        Capability to perform lifting and carrying tasks up to 50 pounds.
