Express Employment of Rancho Cucamonga is Seeking a Motivated Press/Laser Machinist with CNC programing experience for a Sheet Metal Company 

 

Interested candidates should be eager to work with passion and reliable transportation. Hours: Mon-Sat 6am (9 hour days) start Pay DOE $21.00 and up 

 

Responsibilities for the Machinist:

• Load the correct punches and dies into the Turret 
• Call up the correct program into the machine control 
• Load/unload sheet metal blanks into the clamps 
• Visually check parts are being punched correctly with no visible problems 
• Monito the parts to avoid excessive burrs. Sharpen tools as needed 
• Save program changes as needed 
• Create new programs as needed 
• Check formed parts with protractor and digital calipers to insure correct angles and flange lengths

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE CNC EXPERIENCE 
• Experience on Amada Brand Machinery is a PLUS 
• CNC background 
• Programming Experience
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good math and measuring skills
