Express Employment Professionals of North Tonawanda is seeking an Operator - Photolith for a Tech company located in Niagara Falls, NY 

 

Shift:  

* 3rd: Sunday- Thursday 11pm to 7am

 

 

Pay Rate: $18.70/hr.

 

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate SVG spinner equipment, and poly spinner.
• Inspect photomasks and substrates/wafers using various types of microscopes and make final determination of good or bad.
• Etch both conductor and resistors patterns
• Responsible for making and disposing of acid baths
• Loads and unloads substrates/wafers from various ovens.
• Completes records, data such as travelers and computerized logs.
• Exercises special handling of products to avoid damage or contamination
• Follows department//company safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Keep work area clean with regular housekeeping.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to read and write in order to interpret production documents and accurately record required information
• Use extreme care when handling acids and other hazardous chemicals
• Using personal protective equipment; such as safety glasses, aprons and gloves
• Relatively clean work condition which is in temperate/ humidly controlled environment
