Express is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our client in the Birdsboro Area! The company is looking to hire on the right people and offers career growth for their employees!

 

Maintenance Mechanic

 

Pay: $23-30/hr* starting rate

Shift: 1^st shift, 6:30-3:30PM Monday-Friday

Location: Birdsboro, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic: 

• Diagnose equipment failures (mechanical and electrical)
• Source required parts and complete repair work
• Report situations to Plant Manager where a technical CNC engineer is required
• Perform general facilities repairs
• Source and submit purchase requisitions for all items required

Qualifications of the Maintenance Mechanic:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for entirety of shift, bend, reach, and crouch
• 4+ years experience as a maintenance Mechanic
• Knowledge of metal manufacturing and general production shop equipment
• Advanced knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics and CNC controls and machinery highly desired
• Able to weld and fabricate parts required
• Leadership experience required
