The Night Shift Production Line supervisor’s responsibilities are to plan, organize, and control production on their line to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to specification. This position reports directly to the Senior Production Supervisor and is responsible for the general duties and essential functions as described below:

• Perform other general duties as requested, directed, and assigned

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and evaluate production resources (personnel, equipment, and material) to ensure productivity is met with minimal downtime on Night Shift
• Help to ensure optimum staffing levels, includes all production and quality control staff on shift
• Contribute to schedule making and attend company Sales Production Meetings
• Maintain the schedule and ensure planned product output is being met
• Work closely with the Senior Production Supervisor, Assembly Supervisor, shift leaders and provide back up when necessary
• Perform cost analysis on projects and continuously optimize assembly expenses and efficiency
• Provide gap analysis reports on a monthly basis and solutions to improve the gaps

 

This is a full time, exempt position with a minimum of 40 hours a week. Current schedule needed is:

Nights 6:30PM – 7AM (12 hour (Monday 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, rotate)

Pay will be from $22.00 to $25.00 based on experience.
