Express is pleased to announce that we have partnered with a local Sheet Metal Contractor in Watseka, IL and they are looking for Hanger/Loaders!

 

Shifts: M- S: 6am-4:30 

           

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Read work orders, follow instructions, & remember the hanging patterns of different product lines. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to load and/or unload a variety of parts in all shapes & sizes above shoulders & down to 12” from the floor repetitively for an 8-hour to 10-hour shift, excluding breaks & lunches. • Ability to visual inspect ensuring the parts pass our quality standards • Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, and controls.

 

Qualifications:

Entry-level. Looking for ready to learn individuals!

 

Benefits:

Evaluation Hire after 720 hours/ - good attendance and performance.  16-18 weeks, 72 days, 4 Months (Roughly) (Equation is from working 10-hour shifts consistently)

Once hired on with the company:

Pay Increased based on evaluations include raise at the hire date, a 90-day and 6-month evaluation raise, and 1-year anniversary and annual raise.
