The world''s largest producer of comfort cushioning foam products in the Allentown area is in need of production operators for 2nd shift. This Production Operator role will assist in multiple departments in the manufacturing of pillows and cushions.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with Voluntary overtime evenings and weekends
  • Monday - Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm with Voluntary overtime evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and push/pull throughout shift

Responsibilities:

  • Document work progress via tally sheets or cell board production
  • Assist in loading machine with appropriate foam used for each particular product 
  • Perform multiple assembly operations as a member of a team on an automated assembly line to manufacture and assemble pillows and mattresses 
  • Operate, Card board and plastic Bailers
  • Work in a warehouse environment, and is important that have a manufacturing background, as will be working on a production line
  • Implement the new assembly projects
  • Resolve assembly and production issues
  • Work as part of production line team, making and assembling products for a manufacturing company
