A local Fredericksburg, VA company is searching for a Grounds/Maintenance worker to do upkeep on apartment grounds, help with vacant dwelling cleanup and maintenance. 

 

Grounds/Maintenance Worker Pay:

  • Competitive pay range of $19–22 per hour

What we look for Grounds/Maintenance Worker:

•           Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, and at times, up to 50 lbs safely

•           Work history in construction, landscaping, or keeping grounds

•           Experience using powered equipment and tools

•           Communicate clearly and manage a project list

•           High attention to detail

•           -Painting

•           -Sweeping and cleaning

•           -Building repairs

•           -Others duties as assigned Reliable and punctual

•           Ability to work independently in both outdoor and indoor areas
