Salary: $150.00 and $22.00-25.00/hour

Express Employment is seeking a On-Call Property Maintenance Tech for a apartment complex in Bettendorf, IA!

 

Responsibilities of the Property Maintenance Tech:

·         Performing property maintenance at apartment complexes

·         Performing general handing work including painting, replacing faucets, changing light bulbs, etc.

·         Participating in morning meetings and projects

·         Maintaining general upkeep

 

Requirements of the Property Maintenance Tech:

·         Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and sheet rock repair experience required

·         Basic carpentry knowledge

·         Valid Drivers License

Compensation & Schedule details for the Property Maintenance Tech:

·         On-Call Schedule Only

·         Working On-Call Rotation Every 3 weeks (schedule below)

-          Monday-Thur 4:30pm-8:30am (Overnight)

-          Friday 4:30pm-Monday 8:30am (All Day)

 

·         Base pay $150.00 and $22.00-25.00/hour when called out.
