Key Responsibilities:

·         Performs bench production assembly of products or parts, and the setting and synching of assembled parts;

·         Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work;

·         Performs tasks equal to or exceeding established standards;

·         Accomplishes production quotas;

·         Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English;

·         Ability to work well with only a modest amount of repeated instructions;

·         Keeps work areas clean and orderly;

·         Spoken communication clearly, listen carefully and seek clarification;

·         Written communication clearly and concisely;

·         Good computer skills, including Microsoft word, excel, and outlook

·         Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rule, operation instructions, ability to work from specifications, travelers and blueprints;

·         Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form;

·         Working consistently, working overtime and traveling, if required;

·         Troubleshooting in Final and Sub Assembly areas

·         Assisting Engineering with prototypes and developments of new models

 

Skills and Requirements:

·         Applicant must be ITAR compliant;

·         Performs visual inspection of all parts and components just prior to assembly;

·         Ability to acquire proficient knowledge of all Line operations;

·         Typically leads a team of more than 8 people, may lead multiple lines/work cells
