Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Management: Coordinate UPS and FedEx shipments, including label creation and tracking.
  • Invoicing & Purchasing: Process invoices, manage orders, and handle purchasing tasks.
  • Research Support: Assist the Engineering Department with various research needs.
  • Social Media Management: Update and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
  • Record Keeping: Track invoices, purchases, and other relevant administrative documents.
  • General PC Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related software.
  • Phone & Email Management: Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
  • Financial Processing: Process credit card payments.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role is preferred but not required.
