Help Desk Analyst | 7:00AM – 4:30PM | Mon-Fri | $23.00/hr

 

Assist 40 users with software and hardware installations and problems

 

Qualifications for Help Desk Analyst

  • Experience with installing software
  • Knowledge of installing and setup up hardware (computers, printers, phones)
  • Strong technical aptitude in hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Proficiency in Windows and MAC operating systems
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer serving attitude
  • Experience using remote access tools would be a plus
  • Previous help desk experience preferred
  • A+ of ITIL certification is a plus

 

Responsibilities for Help Desk Analyst

  • Provide support to end users by phone, e-mail, and in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network technical issues
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Provide training support to end users on new technology and software applications
  • Document and log documenting tickets
  • Follow-up with end users to make sure problems have been resolved
  • Evaluate and research hardware and software upgrades as needed
