Express Employment Professionals has teamed up with a nonprofit organization in Fort Myers that has an immediate need for a Mobile Market Coordinator.

Will be required to drive to multiple locations using your personal vehicle.

Company will reimburse you $.67 per mile 

 

Job duties: 

Qualifications:

  • Lead and oversee site coordination and registration process at all designated distribution sites.
  • Locate and develop new program site and partnerships as well as maintain relationships and partnerships in the community with current and potential site locations for the mobile market program
  • Collaborate with data analysts to utilize food insecurity rates and other data sources in our service regions to examine other areas in which the mobile market program could bridge the gaps of food insecurity.
  • Analyze neighbor data and distribution data to help determine best practices.
  • Develop positive relations with Community Partners, operations team, and volunteers to collaborate the successful operation of the mobile market program.
  • Work with community partners to offer additional services during distributions when applicable.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for mobile market program.
  • Field program complaints and follow-up, as necessary.
  • Provide nutrition and healthy eating awareness information through applicable programs.
  • Work with site locations to ensure each location has enough volunteers for distributions, data collections, and other services as needed.
  • Collaborate with programs, volunteers, and operations department to share best practices, provide company information, and problem solve.
  • Manage supplies for each mobile market site in assigned service area.
  • Assists with Service Insight collection and data at distributions. Provide technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with Community Outreach manager, Drivers, and Logistics Manager on site specific delivery needs and arrival times.
  • Attend department meetings as assigned.
  • Work with Community Outreach Manager to develop safe and effective distribution policies to meet the needs of the service area.
  • Complete orders for mobile market distributions.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with Transportation manager and Warehouse Manager, mobile drivers to ensure successful distributions
  • Assist to identify areas of improvement at mobile market distribution sites.
  • Provide assistance at other mobile distribution sites as needed.
  • Update mobile market distribution schedule and calendar.
  • Communicate changes to schedule to other departments and site locations.
  • Obtain feedback from neighbors and partners on a quarterly basis.
  • Possess an openness and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Our company is a “second responder” in the event of a community emergency or disaster. During an emergency or disaster, and only after an employee’s personal responsibilities are under control, employees are asked to report for work to be available to help in ways that may be different from their normal work responsibilities. In addition, employees may be temporarily transferred to other locations (travel expenses paid) to assist them in recovering from the disaster.

Specific to Position:

  • Associate preferred and/or experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience with non-profit preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Acts as a role model withing and outside the company
  • Performs duties as workload necessitates.
  • Timely and appropriate execution and implementation of plans and ideas.
  • Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.

Working Conditions:

The work conditions described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  This job operates in the field, approximately 75% percent of the time,  in a community-based environment that fluctuates both indoor and outdoor.
