Loan Specialist | 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Mon-Fri | $17.00/hr. - $19.00/hr

 

Full-time opportunity for someone with lending experience.

 

 

Qualifications for Loan Specialist

• Professional and personable with a positive attitude
• Solid customer service skills
• Previous bank or loan experience is preferred
• Previous cash handling experience would be a plus
• Ability to pass a credit check
• Data entry and typing capability along with basic MS Office skills

 

Responsibilities for Loan Specialist

 

• Assist customers with account inquiries
• Answer questions and address concerns
• Generate loan documents
• Prepare loan files for underwriting process
• Setup new accounts
• Process member transactions
• Apply payments to loan balances
• Process deposits and withdrawals
• Provide friendly and personable customer service in person and by phone
