Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a utility company.

 

 

Job Summary/Duties: 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries regarding customer accounts and/or general service issues.

 

• Answer all questions pertaining to customer’s account
• Start and stop service
• Take payment over the phone

 

 

The representative must have a great personality, eager to learn, determined and able to respond professionally and efficiently to irate customers.

 

Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency is required.

Bilingual preferred.

 

Hours: Monday - Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $18/HR
