Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Staffing Specialist for our growing Fruitland location.

Job Summary
 As a Bilingual Employment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting job seekers with suitable employment opportunities while bridging language barriers. Your responsibilities will involve assessing candidates' qualifications, conducting interviews, and providing career guidance and support. Additionally, you will collaborate with employers to understand their staffing needs and facilitate successful placements. Your proficiency in two languages will be instrumental in effectively communicating with diverse candidates and employers. This position requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques and the discipline of being persistent in making sales contacts.
An ideal candidate is proficient at decision making, multi-tasking, and problem solving and maintains awareness of the local labor market, business conditions, activities of competing companies, and industry-related trends.

Schedule: Full Time M-F 8AM -5PM

Pay: DOE

Responsibilities:
•Conduct intake interviews and offer tailored career guidance
•Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities
•Network with employers and understand their staffing needs
•Implement recruiting tactics to attract diverse candidates 
•Managing accurate records and monito candidate progress
•Liaison between employers and job seekers
•Stay updated on labor market trends and regulations

Requirements: 
•Must be Bilingual - Spanish 
•Great verbal and written communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft - Word, Excel, Outlook
•Typing at least 45 WMP
•Strong phone & interpersonal skills
•Reliable transportation - client visits and other
•Some sales related background would be a plus
•Familiar understanding of recruiting, hiring, and firing process is a plus
