Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) 

Contract: $18/hr

In office: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

 

Our client is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist that provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, and addressing issues in a high-volume inbound call center.

 

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound customer calls via an automated phone system
• Make outbound calls to patients as needed
• Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues
• Use full product knowledge of the company’s products and services to service patients
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, and healthcare professionals
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
• Positive, professional, and courteous demeanor
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of call center experience required
• Healthcare customer service experience preferred
• Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
