Yard Laborer

Express is looking for multiple Yard Laborers to join our team. As a Yard Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the yard and facilities. This is a demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17/hr - $22hr, BOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, evening Shift (10-hour shifts)

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, supplies, and equipment.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and storage areas.
3. Operate basic yard equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools.
4. Perform general maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting, and minor repairs.
5. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Basic knowledge of yard equipment and tools.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
