We are seeking a skilled Mixer to join our team. The Mixer will be responsible for blending raw materials to create various products according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, Evening Shift (10-hour shifts)

Duties:

• Operate mixing equipment to blend materials accurately
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure product consistency
• Monitor mixing processes to maintain quality standards
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and functionality
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs
• Package finished products for distribution
• Assist with inventory management and materials handling

Qualifications:

• 1-year Chemical Mixing and Farm Service experience preferred
• Proficiency in machining techniques for equipment operation
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles for efficient production
• Experience with forklift operation in a warehouse setting
• Ability to fabricate and package products according to specifications
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures for quality control
• Strong materials handling skills for moving raw materials and finished products
