Now seeking a Maintenance - General Laborer to work in Hubert, NC. Must have a resume reflecting previous maintenance/landscaping experience.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay: $13/hr, long-term opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Routine preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment (may include drywall, painting, repairing doors and other fixtures)
• Cleaning and assisting with upkeep of the facilities to include organizing and taking out trash
• Grounds keeping (mowing/weed eating/trimming hedges)

Requirements:

• Resume reflecting 1-2 years previous experience in maintenance/landscaping 
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass the background check requirement
• Must be able to repetitively push, pull, bend, crouch, stoop, lift (up to 50lbs or greater with assistance)
