Express Employment Professionals is now seeking an experienced Property Management who has knowledge of tax credits, and OneSite (RealPage) to work a temporary assignment in Jacksonville, NC. Requires a formal resume reflecting previous experience. The ideal candidate must be able to pass the background check requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations of an 88 unit community
• General office administration, data entry, & ensuring compliance
• Maintenance of the property and units
• Management of employees to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community (collecting rent payments, invoicing, move-ins, lease renewals, applicant research)

Requirements:

• Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/OneSite (RealPage)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
