Salary: $20 - $23 per hour

Express Employment is hiring a Shipping Coordinator for one of our client's in Marysville. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire shipping process for our equipment, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery to our customers. This is a full-time position. 

Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of equipment shipping, including document creation, communication with freight companies, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and warehouse team via email for efficient shipping operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented and team player.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex situations.

Physical Requirements:

• Desk work with occasional lifting and movement of documents.
• In-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous shipping or logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping software is a plus.
