Looking for a computer savvy person who would enjoy helping job seekers navigate an on-line onboarding process.

This is a paid internship and temporary assignment.  Great for someone who wants to learn hiring, onboarding and recruiting in the human resources field. 

Many essential services are now primarily online, making it challenging for people without internet access and devices.  In this role, you will work one-on-one with job seekers to complete digital onboarding and employment processes.  Your efforts contribute to empowering individuals to independently handle tasks and access information digitally. 

Part-Time M-F 9:30am - 2:30pm

$15.50/hr 

Job Responsibilities:

1). Face to face public interaction. 
2). Support Digital learning for job seekers
3). Support completion of digital new employee onboarding documents
4) Empower job seekers to continue digital interaction for employer information

Skills Required: 

1). Ability to communicate foundational digital literacy & skill concepts verbally
2). Commitment to ongoing learning
3). Ability to accept feedback and willingness to change 
4). Willingness to learn & teach others basic technology

Experience Required:

1). Computer competency.
2). Ability to learn software. 
3). Customer service
