Job Description: As a CNC Master Machinist, you will play a key role in producing high-quality machined parts using CNC equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC machining, a strong understanding of programming and setup, and a passion for precision engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision machined parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and productivity.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC machinist.
• Proficiency in programming and setup of CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with multi-axis machining and CAD/CAM software preferred.
