Job Description: As an Electro Mechanical Switch Assembler– Level 1, you will be responsible for performing light electronic and electromechanical assembly work of low complexity and limited scope. This role involves working on a production basis, handling simple hand tools, and following detailed instructions to assemble components. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, the ability to work with small parts, and a commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light electronic and electromechanical assembly work of low complexity and scope.
• Operate resistance soldering unit as required.
• Conduct frequent spring linking as needed.
• Work from samples or simple visual aids, following detailed instructions.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, turn, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 25lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• ITAR compliance is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
