Job Description: As a Commercial Superintendent at you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
