Position: Leasing Agent

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Location: Angleton, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30.

Responsibilities: Being able to understand the demands of a leasing agent and getting the properties ready for show cold calls. Understanding the nuances of property management and what's required to get a property ready to open up the office knowing how to input the system. 

Requirements: Prior experience with leasing at least one year.
