Temporary (6 months-1 year)

$20-25/hr – FULL TIME

Mon-Thurs: 7 AM-5 PM; Friday: 7 AM-11AM

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for a Project Administrator responsible for processing incoming documents as well as coordinating and performing project and office related administrative tasks. The applicant must exude professionalism at all times. This client is a large construction company. This is a long-term, temporary position.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing incoming documents
• Data entry
• Using company database to manage documents
• Uploading documents to SharePoint
• Working with project admin staff to perform administrative duties including:
  • Formatting documents
  • Locating documents
  • Copying documents
  • Project controls reports
• Ensuring proper documentation
• Attend meetings as needed
• Check-ins and check-outs
• Reporting unsafe condition to management

 

Qualities and Experience Required:

 

• High school diploma
• 3 years working with document control
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multi-tasking
• Ability to work in fast-paced work environment
