Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

Project Execution:
- Supervise the construction process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Address and resolve any construction issues that arise during the project.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Track and control project expenses to stay within budget.
- Negotiate and approve vendor contracts and change orders.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
Quality Assurance and Control:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Identify and address any quality control issues promptly.
Communication and Reporting:
- Provide project status updates and reports to senior management.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Qualifications and Skills:
