We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and achieving sales targets. Duties:

• Greet customers and provide them with product information
• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goalsQualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong cash handling skills
• Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or technical products is desirable 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
