Our client is looking to hire a Reception Administrator.
Requirements and duties of Reception Administrator:
· Answering 2-3 phone lines.
· Handling walk in traffic.
· Upkeep of website, including calendars and member eblasts.
· Assist A/P Clerk.
· Ordering supplies.
· Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
Compensation & hours of Reception Administrator:
· Benefits after probation.
· Take out discounts.
· Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
· $22.00/hour
