Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for an immediate, full time, long term position.
The Customer Service Rep provides excellent customer service via phone
- Assisting insurance providers with benefit quotes
- Providing answers to claim questions and claim history
- Diffuse situations with customers
- Medical terminology, medical billing and claims experience is a plus
Position Type: Full-Time Evaluation Hire
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
