Field Interviewer

• Scheduled hours vary | 20-30 hours a week
• Weekday hours | 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during assignments
• $22.75 / hour
• Job begins November 2023 - May 2024
• Paid drive time at $15.19/ hour
• Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate

 

Job Responsibilities

• Be available between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during assignments. Actual hours worked will vary.
• Using a tablet computer, conduct 20-minute, structured interviews.
• Be punctual, work independently, and remain neutral when conducting interviews.
• Upload (sync) your completed interviews and other updates daily using a WIFI 

• Conduct 20-minute, face-to-face, structured interviews with residents in nursing facilities and assisted living facilities using an Android tablet device.
• Virtual Training: Field Interviewers participate in a combination of classroom, virtual, and field-based training to receive instruction on how to conduct face-to-face interviews
• MANDATORYpractice interviews will be scheduled for one day during the week in the Twin Cities Area 

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate skillfully and in a timely manner via email, phone, and in-person.
• Must have a private desktop or laptop computer, reliable wireless Internet, and printer to be able to print from home.
• Proficient with email, uploading/downloading files, Internet use, and troubleshooting possible technical glitches.
• Ability to read, type, and record responses accurately on a handheld tablet computer (e.g., Kindle, iPad) with a touchscreen.
• Ability to follow structured protocols to comply with confidentiality and federal HIPAA regulations.
• Must have own reliable transportation, with valid driver license and automobile insurance.
• Adhere to a business casual dress code and other personal requirements.
