Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable, experienced, and industrious candidates for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician position with an established Metal Stamping Manufacturing Company. This position will pay $28 - $30 per hour, and Day and Night Shifts are available.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical stamping presses, coil feeders, scrap conveyors, resistance weld cells, automated assembly turntables, vibratory bowl fed systems, robot arc weld assembly cells and overhead cranes, compressors, etc.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance though out the plant
• Install new equipment and start up
• Perform minor rigging using fork truck and crane
• Assist with new automation startups
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years experience of troubleshooting and repairs
• Able to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
• Able to read logic and troubleshoot programmable logic
• Able to troubleshoot and repair robot and resistance weld tooling
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, twist, stretch and crouch
• Must be able to work in heat and cold and in a manufacturing environment
• Able to learn quickly, adapt and apply knowledge in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet customer expectations
• Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work unsupervised
