The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience of apartment maintenance and must possess a valid HVAC License.

Pay: $24+/HR

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM -5:30PM 

Responsibilities:

HVAC Certification

Light electrical and plumbing

Make readies

Painting

Sheetrock

Changing locks
